A chilling tale of friendship, courage, and terror unfolds in Chennai’s haunted F2 Building. What happens when myth becomes horrifying reality?
Based on a true story.
Nestled in the quiet lanes of Valmiki Nagar, Chennai, the infamous F2 Building has haunted the imagination of locals for decades. Legend has it that anyone who enters the house after midnight and doesn’t leave before 5 a.m. is trapped there forever. Drawn by curiosity and skepticism, a group of friends—Arjun, Divya, Sameer, and Supriya—find themselves on the doorstep of this ominous structure during their work trip to Chennai.
The group hesitates, but Arjun, the boldest among them, volunteers to enter. To his surprise, the house is well-maintained, with functioning electricity and an ordinary woman who greets him warmly. Dismissing the myth as a baseless rumour, he exits the house after 5 a.m., unharmed. Relieved yet wary, his friends warn him about the house’s dark reputation. Laughing off their fears, Arjun decides to re-enter the house the following night, determined to prove them wrong.
This time, the atmosphere is starkly different. The house is cloaked in darkness, and the woman is nowhere to be found. As Arjun explores the eerie silence, he hears faint whispers leading him to a dimly lit room. There, he sees the same woman standing still, her eyes fixed on a figure inside the room. Entering cautiously, he is horrified to find another version of her hanging lifelessly from the ceiling fan. The two figures turn to him simultaneously and laugh maniacally.

Panicked, Arjun runs towards the exit, but the door is locked. He frantically searches for a way out, only to find himself cornered by ghostly shadows. As he collapses in terror, he wakes to his friends shaking him awake, having rushed in to find him unconscious. Despite their relief, Arjun remains haunted, his sanity unraveling in the days that follow. Plagued by visions of the laughing woman, he succumbs to a mysterious cardiac arrest.
The tale of Arjun’s ill-fated encounter spreads, reinforcing the sinister legend of the F2 Building. Was it paranoia, an otherworldly curse, or something far darker?
